Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to induce a state of relaxation, focused attention, and heightened suggestibility in order to address and alleviate various psychological and physical issues. It is often used alongside other forms of therapy to help individuals access their subconscious mind and explore and resolve underlying traumas, phobias, habits, and emotional concerns. Hypnotherapy can also be applied to manage pain, improve sleep, enhance performance, and support overall well-being.
