What is definition of Paranoia in Mental Health Conditions?
Paranoia is a mental health condition characterized by an intense and irrational mistrust or suspicion of others. People experiencing paranoia often feel like they are being persecuted, harassed, or threatened, even when there is little or no evidence to support these beliefs. This heightened sense of suspicion can lead to social withdrawal, difficulty forming relationships, and impaired functioning in daily life. Paranoid thoughts and beliefs can be a symptom of various mental health disorders, such as paranoid personality disorder and schizophrenia.
