What is definition of Emotional Awareness in Emotional States and Well-Being?

Emotional awareness refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and effectively manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. It involves being aware of the different emotions one experiences, being able to label and articulate those emotions, and understanding the causes and consequences of those emotions.
