What is definition of Contemplation in Mindfulness Techniques?
Contemplation in mindfulness techniques refers to the practice of intentionally and non-judgmentally observing and investigating one’s thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. It involves bringing awareness to present-moment experiences and bringing curiosity and open-mindedness to the experience, without getting caught up in or attached to these experiences. Contemplation helps cultivate a deep understanding of oneself and one’s experiences, and promotes insight and wisdom.
